# Activity list

Activity list: a free component, built on your design tokens, to use on the notifications tab of a social or creator app. Likes, follows and mentions grouped under Today and This week, each with the person's photo and a small badge for its kind, a thumbnail of the post or a quiet Follow back button, a dot on new items, and filter chips.

States: new, read, following, filtered, empty, hover, focus.

Accessibility: The filter is a native radio group, each day is a labelled section, new items say "New" to screen readers, thumbnails have descriptions, and Follow back is a toggle with aria-pressed.
